James is the Director of Operations for Gallant, a brand management and omnichannel communications agency for deep frontier tech companies to build brands and cultures that amplify a company's vision and articulate corporate dialogues with the most relevant audiences across a wide array of mediums within industrial and commercial B2B enterprises and emerging startups with promising technologies.

Before joining Gallant, he raised capital and launched a series of novel products focused on environmental and socially sustainable design and outcomes.

In addition to Gallant, James serves as the Director of TexSpace, a statewide initiative to accelerate the Texas space economy. In this role, James provides information and communication strategies to various levels of government, military, state and federal officials, and academic and corporate institutions to help activate the State of Texas' space complex in defining and shaping national and global space efforts for the benefit of Texas, the United States, and our allies across civil, commercial, and military space.

James received an Interdisciplinary Studies degree with minors in Engineering Technology and Sustainability from the University of Houston System, earning university and USDA grants for research projects funding sustainable development innovation with oversight tools promoting water and energy capture systems; and a framework for determining the sustainable impact of industrial products and services. His research led to three publications in international journals covering technology, innovation, and sustainability.

James' hobbies include golf, hiking, and writing. He enjoys traveling and exploring the town with his dog, Leia.
